Elka is a Certified Violence Interventionist, Grant Manager, and member of the Executive Directorship at the Center for Nonviolence in Fort Wayne. She holds a B.A. in English and Sociology, a B.S. in Secondary Education, and a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Critical Literacy Studies, Sociology, and Rhetoric. Elka is a long-time community advocate on behalf of justice and liberation issues in Fort Wayne and has served on the United Way Inclusiveness Cabinet, the United Way Standards Review Team, the It Is Well with My Soul Program Planning Team, the Three Rivers Institute of Afrikan Art and Culture Board of Directors, and was a co-founding member of the Northeast Indiana LGBTQ Coalition. She currently serves on the People of Afrikan Descent Advisory Group at CfN, the Fort Wayne Multicultural Council, the Fort Wayne Community Influencers Coalition, participates in a variety of ICADV initiatives and committees, and teaches African-American Literature and History at Indiana Tech University, Fort Wayne.

Before Cummins, Terry served as an attorney with Bingham McHale and prior to that, was chief executive officer of the Public Employees’ Retirement Fund of Indiana, the state’s largest retirement system.

Tracey McCoy is a skilled senior leader with over 20 years of experience in the human resources field. Tracey has spent most of her career in the manufacturing industry partnering with senior executives and managers to carry out people strategies, develop positive employee relations and hire top talent. In 2014, Tracey joined the Residential HVAC business for United Technologies-Carrier Corporation and currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager for the finance, sales, marketing and supply chain functions in Indianapolis.  Tracey also oversees the human resources function for three distribution facilities in Tennessee and Colorado.

Tom Mixdorf is a partner in the Firm’s litigation section. His primary practice area is commercial litigation, including disputes involving supply contracts, antitrust, securities, trade secrets zoning appeals and quiet title actions. He has tried business disputes in state and federal court and has been part of the trial team for many large, document intensive commercial lawsuits.

He is currently the Firm’s pro bono coordinator and a past chair of the Firm’s Professional Development Committee.

Stephanie Glover is a Registered Nurse, a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) and the Clinical Program Manager for the Ascension St. Vincent and Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital Center of Hope Forensic Nursing Team.   Stephanie has been practicing forensic nursing for over 13 years and has worked in healthcare for over 25 years with nine of those years in the United States Army Reserves.  Stephanie has performed hundreds of medical forensic examinations, is dedicated to providing trauma-informed care to survivors and help bridge the gap between nursing science and the legal system.

Corteva Agriscience, Vice President – Crop Protection Supply Chain

Aylin directs a global enterprise of more than 350 employees located in 25 countries spanning North America, South America, Europe and Asia. She is responsible for the endto-end Crop Protection Supply Chain, including supply chain planning (short and long term), product distribution and logistics networks of a $7 billion business, including final product shipment and delivery to Corteva’s customers around the world.

A critical part of Aylin’s global organization is the Global Supply Chain Innovation Center, which has accountability for operational information technology (IT) systems and work processes, including supply chain design, data analytics, supply chain resiliency and supply chain improvement.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 1990, Aylin joined the Dow Chemical Company and held various roles in manufacturing; capital project management and environmental, health and safety before taking a leadership position in Supply Chain. (The Dow Chemical Company merged with DuPont in 2017 and spun off its agriculture business as the stand-alone company Corteva Agriscience in 2019.)

Early in her Supply Chain career, Aylin provided global planning expertise across a broad portfolio of agriculture crop protection products and led organizational change management and strategy for North America. Later named Global Seeds Supply Chain Director, she drove simplification and optimization across the business’ seeds supply chain and order-to-cash work processes. During the DowDuPont merger, Aylin took on additional responsibilities for coordinating and planning actions surrounding the merger across all Integrated Operations for the Agriculture Division.

In addition to her work at Corteva, Aylin previously served on the board of directors and led the risk management committee for the Indianapolis-based Starfish Initiative™, a notfor-profit organization that inspires, encourages and prepares promising economically disadvantaged students for college and career success through one-on-one mentoring, serving high-potential, yet vulnerable, teens in central Indiana.
